 | Immunofluorescence Co-staining of peroxisomes and lysosomes in HeLa cells. HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.4% saponin. Fixed cells were co-stained with 20 μg/mL Rabbit Anti-PMP70, Atto 488 Conjugate (Cat. No. P0090) (peroxisomes stained in green) and 2 μg/mL Rabbit Anti-LAMP1, Cy3 Conjugate (Cat. No. L0419) (lysosomes stained in red). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei. |
